KYO-NISHIKI HIGH-QUALITY GORGEOUS MULTI-COLOR The Japanese word "Kyo" means Kyoto, the ancient capital of Japan, and "Nishiki" means brocade which is famous as one of the staple products in Kyoto. Like its name, gorgeous multicolor scale pattern is characteristic of this type of koinobori. Like nishikigoi, swimming jewels, this carp streamer is dyed employing the traditional craft skill called "Yuzen-bokashi". This process yields a natural gradation of color. It is sprinkled with gold leaf and has an elegant, rather impressive charm. This streamer is finished with a water-resisting compound, which gives it good tolerance to the water. This is a unique feature, not previously available.
